Sales Associate

Our successful Sales Associatesare highly energetic, goal oriented team players, responsible for driving store growth by delivering exceptional customer service.

Primary duties include:

• Generating new business by proactively calling current and potential new customers as well as assisting walk in customers
• Building strong relationships with our customers, driving sales and lease agreement renewals to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Showroom merchandising / set up
• Working a scheduled 40–45 hour work week (5 days/week-no Sundays!)

Client interactions that will take place in our store, via telephone and at customer homes so a professional appearance and strong communication skills are a must.

Our ideal Sales Associate will take an enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service, possess great communication skills, and display a genuine interest in customer circumstances.

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) candidates and prior sales experience are preferred.

Minimum requirements for consideration:

• 3 years Sales experience in a retail setting, including in person, telephone and Internet
• Must be at least 21 years old with a clean, valid state Driver’s License
• High Energy
• Strong relationship building skills and excellent communications skills
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening
• Professional appearance
• Willingness / ability to perform all store functions and multi-task effectively
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred

Store Location: Lodi, NJ

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour with annual earning potential up to $47K based on level of experience and performance.
