Custom Door Shop has a full time opening for a professional sales person. We are looking for someone that is smart, hardworking, a people person, and would appreciate the opportunity to sell excellent, high-end custom doors and windows. Candidate must have that “All In” attitude, be familiar with the design world, selling skills to overcome obstacles and the ability to sell without being perceived as high-pressure.

Typically, our customers visit our retail store 2-3 times before finalizing their purchase. We are an active and positive work environment. Joining our team means that you would be helping provide beautiful custom front doors and hurricane windows for custom builders and retail customers alike. Your Responsibilities

• Positively embody the Custom Door Shop brand
• Demonstrate product knowledge while providing design inspiration for clients
• Assist in day-to-day operations of our design showroom
• Efficiently communicate with our design workshop and installation crews
• Follow sales through to completion

Our Requirements

• 3 to 5 years minimum in retail sales environment (luxury sales or design preferred)
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Self-starter, quick learner, team player
• Excellent computer skills
• Driven to exceed goals

Base Salary plus Commissions

• $65,000 to $150,000 - first year
