We are a fast-growing company with a lot of room for growth and we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new business by selling to existing customers, as well as prospecting new customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and will be able to build relationships with potential clients through customer engagement. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining sales goals and working with the sales team to close sales.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed must be driven to learn. We will train you.
• 18 years or older
• Bi-lingual (english/spanish)
• Reliable transportation
• work felixible hours. Willing to work weekends/holiday. Do not apply if you don't have an open schedule
• Sales Experience (not necessary)
• Positive attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Adapt quickly to change

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting in a friendly manner
• maintain knowledge of current promotions, price changes, policy updates, and security practices
• Work effectively as part of the Metro by T-Mobile store team, display confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
• explain solutions/teach customer how to enjoy their new product through successful setup
• Maintain a positive attitude in all situations
• proactively start conversations with customers
• maintain store cleanliness, stock accessories and ensure display comply with corporate standards
• desire to meet or exceed sales goals
• stand for extended period of time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
