We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
```Duties:```
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical assistance when needed
```Skills:```
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and calculating discounts or promotions
- Knowledge of technical sales to effectively promote and sell technology products
- Ability to conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Upselling skills to recommend additional products or services that meet the customer's needs
- Understanding of retail math to calculate discounts, markups, and profit margins
