Sales Associate (Kitchen/Bath Remodeling & Custom Cabinetry)

As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for meeting with residential clients to gain information on their kitchen and/or bath remodeling project, generating estimates, and making the sale and your client's project vision come true.
Job Type:
- 1099, Full-Time or Part-Time opportunities available.
Job Responsibilities:
- This position requires no cold calling. All leads are provided to you...and there are plenty of them.
- The ability to close kitchen and bath remodeling project and Custom Cabinetry projects is a Must.
- Experience in selling cabinet refinishing/repainting & refacing custom builds, countertops, and tile'
- Stays current in industry product knowledge and trends.
- Responsible for lead follow-up, relationship building, and closing jobs.
- Capturing all design details of client meetings.
- Completing the Sales Spec Sheets and/or Job Sheets.
- Meets with clients in our design center to review designs, and make product recommendations and selections.
- Successfully process cabinetry projects from start to finish utilizing effective organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ensure accurate field measurements.
- Ensure all estimates, invoices, and job sheets are up-to-date and correct at all times.
- Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and/or comments.
- Provides timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.
- Completes all paperwork accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
- Kitchen and Bath Remodeling Sales Experience: 2+ years.
- Sales Experience: 2+ years.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years.
- Must be able to travel to job sites, and vendor locations and have own transportation.
- The ability to sell and close a project is required.

Compensation:
- Hourly Rate during the training period.
- Commission Only after the training period (Commission potential $100k +).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Some Saturdays.
