- Greet and assist customers/patients in friendly manner as they enter and leave the store.
- Serve as an interface of the store and the general public.
- Help with receiving packages or guiding delivery services to the store.
- Secure doorways to ensure the safety of customers and employees while upholding company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience as doorman or greeter
- Must possess a positive, friendly attitude for interactions with customers and patients
- Ability to provide basic information about the neighborhood, store services and other customer and patient inquiries
- Possess a sense of safety awareness, and ability to respond to emergency situations
- Ability to stand for long periods
- High attention to detail
- Experience as doorman in a luxury environment
