While it would be a plus to have a background in senior housing it is not necessary for the right person Who is the right person? The right person for us can be a sales professional who might be an experienced realtor, luxury rental specialist in the apartment or hotel industry and of course senior housing. What you will need to be considered:
- 2-4 years' experience in a sales role (senior housing a plus)
- Experience with startup communities
- Proven sales record
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- Strong Business Acumen
- Experience with lead tracking software
