About the Position:
As the Sales Associate, you are the face of our company. Daily responsibilities in this role will include assisting clients on the sales floor with purchases and product knowledge, managing customer accounts, restocking and maintaining the showroom, and coordinating the setup of weekly in-store education events.
Hours: 8:55am - 5:35pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building professional relationships
- Provide superior customer support
- Make product recommendations and upselling
- Center opening and closing procedures
- Customer order fulfillment
- Maintain showroom inventory levels ensuring shelves are stocked, clean, and current
- Receive product shipments
- Promote attendance for education events through ticket sales
- Coordination support for events, including attendance confirmations, equipment reservations and necessary travel arrangements
- Special event set up
- Additional tasks as needed in the center
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in retail sales (preferred).
- Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to upsell and negotiate.
- Quality customer service and care.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Strong work ethic and follow through.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must be able to safely lift 20 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
