As a Sales Representative at Club Pilates, you are the driving force behind our studio's growth. You will be actively bringing new members into our Pilates community and converting prospects into loyal members through engaging Demo Classes. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about both fitness and sales, offering an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while achieving your own sales goals.

What You Bring:

• Exceptional skills in sales, communication, and customer service.
• A goal-driven attitude with a knack for selling memberships, retail items, private training, and teacher training.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn Club Ready software.
• The ability to interact fluently in English with clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Resilience, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong computer skills.
• Flexibility for daily or occasional travel.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively execute the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conduct facility tours, building relationships and catering to individual fitness needs.
• Achieve personal sales targets while endorsing Club Pilates as a top fitness and wellness provider.
• Present our services to both current and prospective members, focusing on their fitness goals.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by booking quality appointments.
• Enhance our community presence by representing Club Pilates at special events.
• Continuously improve your selling skills and assume additional responsibilities.
