Sales Associate | Customer Service

Our foremost goal is to provide a professional, memorable Customer Service experience so that customers tell their friends to shop with us. We strive to give each customer the product that meets their needs at a price that fits their budget.

• No quotas or high-pressure sales. Earn $21 an hour, with opportunities to be regularly reviewed for pay increases!
• No previous cannabis industry experience is required!
• Work a regular schedule that includes 3 ½ days off every week! You work three open-to-close shifts (not consecutive days) a week, plus a half-day to earn 40 hours. One of your shifts must be on a Saturday or Sunday.
• Earn up to 72 hours a year of Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays.

Duties:

• Provide an exceptional level of service to all customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Stock inventory and ensure products are properly displayed

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities
• Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling
• Proficient in using technology for sales transactions

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. You will be responsible for providing friendly, prompt, knowledgeable service to our customers. This includes assisting customers with recommendations, processing sales transactions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers effectively. Additionally, strong organizational skills are essential as you will be managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
