We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team on a commission-based structure (no hourly pay). In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to local schools in the Contra Costa area, introducing them to our comprehensive offerings, and creating valuable leads for our team to close.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound calls to schools in the Contra Costa area.
- Utilize provided scripts and outlines to effectively communicate our offerings, including Music Lessons, Steam camps, photography, and apparel.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools.
- Generate hot leads for our team to follow up on and close deals.
- Track and report progress on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and customize scripts for different schools.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with educational extracurricular programs is a plus.
