Sales Associate

We are looking for outgoing, charismatic, and energetic individuals for immediate hire to join our Brand Ambassador teams! If you enjoy marketing and selling new and exciting products, brands, and services to exctited customers, this is for you! This position is for our exciting new Hrdration drink!

What we do

Pace Group performs specialty brand sales and marketing through live demonstrations. We have a large portfolio of products spanning multiple categories. Our specialized marketing and sales team runs in-store events in the club stores such as Costco, Sam's Clubs, BJ's Wholesale and in large promotional special events such as NASCAR Races, Rodeo's, Health and Beauty Events, Fairs, Home, and Garden and Christmas Shows focusing on promoting exciting new brands and products.

This position requires no telemarketing, no cold calling, no residential canvassing, no "start-up fees" or financial investment. This IS NOT a multi-level marketing opportunity. This is a bonified high-paying marketing, sales position

Responsibilities:
- Promote and successfully exciting and valued products
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings-Staff and manage our LA/OC area retail locations and special events
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in technology sales, business development, or account management
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
