We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Morristown, NJ, and seeking a qualified Sales Representative that is focused on driving sales and service excellence to expand our Pure Barre community. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis and help create a supportive and meaningful community!

POSITION:

The purpose of Sales Representative is to drive new membership and retail sales, provide unmatched customer service. Build and maintain customer relationship and provide a positive experience. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required.

Candidate is expected to work a couple days a week between 9:00 - 13:00 and weekend (sometimes) availability

Duties:

• Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up & through with prospective clients, and close
• Meet and/or exceed sales goals set by manager
• Present available services to current or prospective members
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions to promote the studio
• Operate studio gym software; Process accurate cash and credit card transaction
• Assume responsibility for developing selling skills; Attend and complete all relative training programs
• Light cleaning of the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Self-motivated and takes initiatives
• Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail
• Must have proficient computer skills and ability to learn and use studio gym software system
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills
• Occasional travel may be required (post COVID-19)
• Authorization to work in the United States required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 12 per week
