Our team lives and plays in the mountains near lakes, trails, and ski resorts. Their experience and lifestyle inform every decision when hand selecting products for our stores. Function, style, and quality are considered first with each product you see. Our skis, snowboards, bikes, SUPs, and kayaks are tested in the mountains we live in. Our clothing and footwear are worn exploring the region or relaxing with friends and family reminiscing about a great day outside.

What you'll do:

• Greet customers upon their arrival in the store and assist them in finding products that fit their needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Perform sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
• Participate in inventory control procedures including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
• Meet or exceed sales goals as assigned by management.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays to attract customers and promote specific products.

To be considered, you should:

The hours and schedule will vary based on the stores’ needs, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in verbal and written English language.
• Basic math skills.
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
• Basic understanding of retail software, POS systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
