SalaryThe Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Optical Sales Associates to join our team. We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.

Our ideal candidate would have experience with:
- Previous optical or office experience a plus
- Customer service & retail experience an asset
- Point of Sale systems, computers, technology
- Sales experience a plus
Duties and responsibilities would include:
- Attracting and bringing new clientele to the office
- Product upselling
- Greet all customers with a warm welcome
- Show urgency to providing service to customers & satisfying their needs
- Listens to the needs & priorities of the customer and provide the perfect product solutions
- Attention to detail and asks customers appropriate questions for clarity and consults with the Optician as needed
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge
- Custom fit glasses an accurately place prescription lenses
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all times and request referrals
