Position Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. As a vital member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and encouraging customers in the mall to purchase our cutting-edge clothing line. Our Sales Representatives are the face of YURP, embodying our brand values and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a commission-based role, offering you the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on your sales performance.

Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in the mall, showcasing our clothing line and providing product information.

- Create an inviting and energetic atmosphere to attract and retain customer interest.

- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage customers to make purchases.

- Proactively identify and seize opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

- Stay up to date with the latest fashion trends, product features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.

- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment.

- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

- Continuously seek personal and professional growth by staying informed about industry trends and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in a retail environment, is desirable.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.

- A passion for fashion and a keen eye for the latest trends.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
