Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers: Create a welcoming environment that fosters positive first impressions.
- Answer customer questions: Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about technology products and services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge: Showcase your expertise in technology, Apple products, and more, recommending solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Handle cash/electronic transactions: Process payments efficiently and accurately, ensuring adherence to all financial procedures.
- Answer phone calls: Respond to customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism, resolving issues swiftly whenever possible.
- Maintain store organization: Assist with stocking shelves, displaying products, and ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
- Stay up to date: Continuously learn about new technologies and industry trends to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
- Strong understanding of media technology, Apple products, and SSDs.
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Previous experience working with Apple products or in media industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for technology.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
