POSITION:
We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Sales Associate. The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist the Studio Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and must have sales experience. The Front Desk Sales Associate is primarily responsible for maintaining and building the member base of the studio and also assists with retaining current members. Pure Barre fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. You are the first person our members see when they visit the studio, so your energy is an important part of our success!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
- Ability to learn and use the studio software system.
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues.
- Must have excellent public speaking skills.
- Must have proficient computer skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, on the phone and in email.
- Respond to all emails and phone calls the same day and escalate issues to the owners.
- Follow-up on all client concerns and needs.
- Maintain and build member base.
- Assist in monitoring and updating social media sites, staff scheduling, sub requests, errands and studio needs.
- Contribute to team effort as needed and be open to team work and deadlines.
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
- Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production.
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider.
- Present available services to current or prospective members.
- Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
- Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
- Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills.
- Any other tasks assigned by the owners as needed.
