Job Description
Seeking a salesperson for (West Palm Beach & South Florida). This person must live in the Greater (South Florida Area) area, which is the sales territory. Market segments Office space (Corporate & Multi-tenant), Industrial/Manufacturing, Medical, and Education (K – University). This individual takes responsibility for their actions, production and deadlines. Their Commitment is displayed through initiative, meeting established goals and measures, tracks and set/resets goals based on the organizations needs. They will need to be ready for change and be flexible, must handle objections well, can understand and deal with conflict, be able to accept no and know when to move on. Must be a good communicator, listener and speaker. Which is a Must to create relationships with the long term.
- Grow revenues by a minimum of $2,500,000 in 1st Year
- Add $3,500,000 revenues in 2nd Year
- Worked in a direct sales position where they were managed and held accountable
- 5 years’ experience for a ‘grow your own’ position in like sales ( Janitorial Industry)
- Have experience selling solutions to C-level decision-makers in a long sales cycle
- Have experience selling solutions in an immediate need to Facility Managers, Office / Onsite Managers.
- Have experience in Municipality Bid/Quote
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations
- Participate in marketing related activities such as trade shows and events
- Assist in developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to proactively reach revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal team to share best practices and market trends
- Participate in ongoing professional development and sales training
- Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure individual sales targets are achieved and execute sales activity documentation in a timely and professional manner
- Market the business ethically and with integrity to maintain the company’s standing and strong reputation in the industry and community
- Experience and success in qualifying targets, hunting/prospecting, and managing a territory
- Comfortable with cold calls
- Success in bringing on new accounts

- Proficient in GMail, Zoominfo, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Past involvement in BOMA, IFMA, IREM, or other facility management organization
