Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 motivated, self-starters to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers and driving sales through our retail sales channel. If you have a passion for home improvement projects, enjoying helping consumers enhance their homes and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales funnel
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure happy homeowners and repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends and innovations within the home improvement space
Skills:
- Strong communication & listening skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual abilities to communicate with diverse customers
- Experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of home improvement processes & sales (roofing, siding, windows & doors)
- Organizational skills
- Familiarity with technology products and ability to provide product demonstrations
