Sales Associate

Storage Investment Management LLC. has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Sales Associate (20 hours a week) for Albany-Menands Self Storage located at 1 Broadway in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:

* Handling the day-to-day operations of our self-storage facility

* Providing excellent customer service to existing and prospective customers

* Renting storage units

* Processing payments & managing delinquencies

* Maintaining accurate physical and digital files

* Maintaining cleanliness standards; including sweeping and moping

Monday - Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm & Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm
