Voltage Volleyball LLC is a small club organization experiencing tremendous growth in Lake County, Florida.
***Duties***
- Develop and implement effective training programs for volleyball players
- Teach fundamental skills, strategies, and techniques of the game
- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve players' performance
- Provide guidance and feedback to players to help them improve their skills
- Create a positive and supportive team environment
- Coordinate and schedule games, tournaments, and other team activities
- Monitor player progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans
***Qualifications***
- Previous experience as a Volleyball Coach or player is preferred
- Knowledge of the rules, strategies, and techniques of volleyball
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to educate and motivate players to achieve their full potential
- Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline during practices and games
- Experience working with students or athletes in a coaching or mentoring role
- Additional experience in sports coaching such as basketball, judo, karate, or martial arts is a plus
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders if necessary during training sessions or games
***Pay***
- Very competitive pay. Pay scale based on team type (Elite and Aspire)
- Possibility of coaching two teams for more pay
- Can supplement with private lessons as well - you keep what you make.
- Hotel paid for any tournaments 60+ miles of the Big House in Tavares.
- Parking and Toll Reimbursement
- Bonus program based on tournament placement.
