Summary:
Join our team as a Dispensary Technician and become a pivotal part of our patient care in the medical marijuana sector. Located in Delaware, our dispensaries are licensed under the Delaware Medical Marijuana Program (MMP) and are dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered service. This role offers the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our patients' health and well-being, ensuring they receive the best care and service in the industry.
Essential Functions:
- Provide an outstanding patient-centered experience, creating a welcoming and low-pressure environment.
- Utilize an up-to-date knowledge of product offerings to match patients with products that meet their needs and preferences.
- Perform patient intake processes, ensuring all customers are registered with the Delaware MMP before entry.
- Offer guidance on cannabis strains, prices, and the use of related accessories, consulting with medical professionals as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state dispensary regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Process sales transactions and assist with online pre-orders and in store orders.
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and supportive work environment for both co-workers and patients.
Preferred Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Experience in Cashier, Customer Service, and/or Sales environments.
- Proficiency in using computer and point-of-sale systems.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be a Delaware resident and pass state and company background clearances.
