Sales Associate

Responsabilidades principales:

Atención al Cliente: Brindar un servicio excepcional al cliente en todas las interacciones, asegurando que sus necesidades sean atendidas y superadas.

Conocimiento del Producto: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de moda actuales y las características de los productos en la tienda.

Venta: Ayudar a los clientes en el proceso de selección y compra de productos, ofreciendo recomendaciones basadas en su estilo y preferencias.

Organización: Asegurar que la tienda esté limpia, ordenada y visualmente atractiva.

Gestión de Stock: Rellenar estantes y mesas con mercancía, y ayudar en la gestión del inventario.

Cobro: Manejar transacciones en la caja registradora, procesando pagos y emitiendo recibos.

Cuadre de la Caja Registradora y Depósitos: Asegurarse de que todas las transacciones sean precisas y hacer los depósitos necesarios al finalizar el turno o el día.

Retornos y Cambios: Ayudar a los clientes con devoluciones o cambios de mercancía de acuerdo con las políticas de la tienda.

Trabajo en Equipo: Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para alcanzar metas mensuales y anuales.

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on current fashion trends and the features of products in the store.

Sales: Assist customers in the product selection and purchasing process, offering recommendations based on their style and preferences.

Organization: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.

Stock Management: Restock shelves and tables with merchandise, and assist in inventory management.

Checkout: Handle transactions at the cash register, processing payments and issuing receipts.

Cash Register Balancing and Deposits: Ensure all transactions are accurate and make necessary deposits at the end of the shift or day.

Returns and Exchanges: Assist customers with merchandise returns or exchanges in accordance with store policies.

Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
