Position: Sales Assistant/Office Assistant
Salary: 41-42k base + bonus+ benefits

Location: Bergen County, NJ
Essential Job Functions
- Organize conference room and seminar room before customer visits/tests/seminars.
- Create the machine quote on upon sales person’s request.
- Check, file, and send the NJ employee’s trip requisition, expense, report, payment request.
- Arrange shipping of machine and parts.
- Order office supplies and items.
- Contact contractors for maintain building equipment.
- Handle petty cash and communicate with Accounting Dept.
- Travel arrangement for NJ employee’s request.
- Attend exhibitions when needed
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree from two to four years college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- Spanish skill is preferred
- Experience in customer service is preferred.
- Experience using CANVA is preferred.
- Business trip 3-4times/year is required.
