Job Description
- Complete assigned side work in allocated timeframe.
- Complete running side work as designed through service.
- Help set up dining room for service.
- Water service - maintaining water levels through service and the correct water in each glass.
- Assisting in the 'mise en place' of tables as directed.
- Assisting the Servers, front door, and management team as requested.
- Clear and proficient, responsive guest interaction.
- Clearing and re-setting tables.
- Bussers will have a basic understanding of our Menu Program and will be able to state the name of every plate served.
- Bussers are able to retrieve beverages from the service area of the bar and serve them to the correct guests in the correct order. They also assist with wine service when required, marking and replacing the correct glassware, as directed.
- Let host know when the table is clean.
- Pre-bus the server's tables.
- Communicate with the host to set large parties.
- If you see that something is not in the correct place, fix it.
- Basically - do what needs to be done without being asked.
This is a tipped position with a small hourly pay.
