We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to perform various customer support, administrative and clerical duties to assist our Sales Representatives. Our company goal is to provide exceptional products with exceptional customer care.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assists Sales Representatives by responding to customers, pulling orders, fielding calls/emails.
- Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests, selecting appropriate information, forwarding information, and answering questions.
- Maintains databases by inputting sales orders.
