Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients remotely. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.
Duties:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for clients
- Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
-Cold calling and other marketing strategies to gain new cleaning clients.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
