Summary:

Do you have a passion for music and a knack for troubleshooting? Are you an experienced touring musician? A logistics nerd? An automotive troubleshooter? Someone who enjoys keeping the show on the road? Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the travel industry? If so, we are looking for you! As a Sales and Support Associate at Bandago, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our touring musicians, creatives, and all other clients. Our customers are your favorite bands, the people that make your favorite shows, Tourists, Families, Adventure Travel Groups, Churches, Transportation-for-Hire companies and anyone requiring high occupancy traveling vans. You will be responsible for solving client challenges, closing sales, and articulating policies and keeping our clients happy!

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Experienced in sales or customer service.

• Excellent interpersonal communicators with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Drive & Gmail, Slack, Zoom Phone or other Business Phone System, call de-escalation, Windows 10 or macOS.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks at a time including phone, email,live-chat and text communication.

• Working knowledge and understanding of some or all of the following topics and industries is highly valuable: geography, automotive troubleshooting, music touring, film/TV production, business logistics, churches, and non-profit organizations

• Fluent in Spanish is a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients.

• Anticipate client needs,upsell Bandago products and services to make sure the client has an excellent experience. Help close rental sales by going the extra mile for clients.

• Solve client challenges including troubleshooting when breakdowns and mechanical problems take place.

• Understand and articulate Bandago's van rental policies.

• This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

• This is a totally remote position, but employees must be located in one of the following states: Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, or Illinois. Proximity to a Bandago office is preferred.
