A leading video, audio, and voice technologies company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Systems Admin. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our tech stack to meet the needs of our organization. Sales and Marketing Systems AdminPay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr
- Worksite: Leading audio, video, and voice technologies company (Remote, Candidates must be located in the United States)
- W2 Employment, Retirement Savings Program
- 10 hours/week, 5 Month Assignment (Possibility for extension)
Sales and Marketing Systems AdminResponsibilities:
- System Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Gong and other systems to meet the unique requirements of our organization, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- User Support: Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and address user queries promptly.
- Data Management: Maintain data quality by performing regular data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities. Monitor data integrity and security. Moderate use of LeanData for data imports
- Automation: Design and implement automation processes using Salesforce Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers as well as other automation in other systems to streamline business processes.
- Reports and Dashboards: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to different teams within the organization. Monitor data trends and suggest improvements.
- Integration: Collaborate with the IT team to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Security: Administer user access and security settings, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to educate new and existing users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce and other system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce and other system features and enhancements, and evaluate their potential impact on our organization.
Sales and Marketing Systems Admin Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a similar role.
- LeanData implementation and Outreach or other sales engagement tool implementation.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201 or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data management, and security.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Classic.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
Sales and Marketing Systems Admin Shift:
- Part Time - 10 hours on average per week, during Pacific office hours
