Responsibilities:
- Present vehicle features, model options, purchase and finance options, and store services to customers
- Facilitate customer test drives
- Ensure customers understand the vehicle's operating features and warranty
- Communicate effectively in-person and over the phone to discover the customer’s wants and needs
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers
- Maintains high CSI (Customer Service Index) a MUST
- Keep abreast of new products, features and accessories
- Prepare vehicles for customer pickup
Required:
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent customer service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A professional appearance

Pay: $2,500.00 - $22,000.00 per month
