The Design Sales Consultant will convert leads into sales by working in home appointments,builds positive and effective relationships with clients through active listening, a positive demeanor and attention to the client’s needs.
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves extensive use of tablet, paperwork, CRM system, conducting sales appointments, and follow-up. We're looking for Design Sales Consultants, experienced ethical consumer sales professionals with the ability to learn and follow proven sales process, educate and persuade without high pressure sales tactics and with strong communication skills.
Design Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Consultative Sales and friendly personality that enjoys working with people
- Ability to connect with others at first meeting
- Proactive customer service excellence to over-deliver on expectations
- Helpful attitude and consistent follow up
- Effective communicator with explaining products, processes, and appropriate expectations
- Organized and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with a CRM system
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity
- Self-starter and team player
- 1 year customer direct sales experience, preferred
- 1 year in homes sales experience, preferred
- High School degree, required, College degree, a plus
- Measuring and basic math skills
- Dependable transportation and clean driving record
Design Sales Consultant Job duties:
- Sell products and services by nurturing leads through sales process.
- Negotiate prices/sales terms and prepare contracts.
- Contact customers/prospect to promote products or services.
- Gather information to determine customer needs.
- Perform in-home sales presentations.
- Achieve sales targets by the agreed upon deadline.
- Meet criteria established for sales goals and performance.
- Answer inquiries and maintain rapport with customers.
- Maintain client records.
- Answer client questions: credit terms, products, prices and availability.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
- Build a strong relationship with clients through attention to detail, active listening, a positive and encouraging demeanor.
- Take accurate measurements from a customer’s home.
- Develop specific goals and plans to achieve them.
- Ability to carry 50 lb demonstration unit

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
