Position Overview:
You will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering an outstanding retail Sales and Customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the products they need, answering their questions, and providing expert guidance. Your friendly and proactive approach will contribute to our sales success and Customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and promote our products and services to meet customers' needs.
- Provide accurate information and advice regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous retail, Customer Service, or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong Customer Service orientation.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
