THE ROLE  

  

Our Sales Ambassadors are the first in line to share their passion and knowledge of Calzedonia and an essential part of the brand and store team! You are responsible for sharing the story of our brand and what makes us unique!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Guest Experience: Always greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and approachable manner, providing personalized assistance and product recommendations to meet their needs. Ensure an outstanding shopping experience by providing excellent service, addressing customer feedback, and handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Intimissimi products to confidently address guest inquiries and guide guests to finding the best products to fit their needs.
• Sales and Goals: Actively engage in selling and upselling techniques to achieve individual and store sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment by restocking, arranging merchandise, and participating in floor moves and display changes.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system following company policies and procedures.
• Product Care: Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of products, ensuring that they are properly displayed, folded, tagged, and presented to maintain the brand's high-quality standards.
• Promotions and Events: Assist in the set-up and execution of in-store promotions, sales events, and arketing initiatives to drive traffic and boost sales.
• Stock Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and replenishing fixtures as needed.

• Store Cleanliness: at our stores, we take great pride in providing our customers with a clean and well-maintained shopping environment. This includes the cleanliness and organization of the store: including but not limited to the salesfloor, fitting rooms, cash desk area, and backroom areas. Teams regularly conduct cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and keeping shelves and displays tidy.


TEAM DYNAMIC
• As a Sales Ambassador, you are the key link between guests and the store team to ensure the shop accomplishes company and brand KPIs through excellent customer service and completing store operations efficiently.
• Participate in collecting product feedback for store leadership that is shared directly to the Style Department in Italy HQ.
• Based on your experience with Intimissimi and performance, you may be selected to support New Store Openings across the US as a team bonding opportunity and a chance to put your skills and knowledge to the test!
• Participate in nationwide contests within other Intimissimi locations to show our team spirit!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer
• You are able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends
• You are a people person! Working with a team to accomplish store goals, genuinely enjoying an environment of fun music, and building connections with our guests for the best shopping experience.
• You are able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items (mannequins, clothing, totes, torsos, etc.) for a short distance including climbing a ladder and use a step stool.
