Our Sales and Marketing department is seeking an Agency Contract Specialist to join our contract and compliance team. This team services our field marketing staff and our independent agencies with all our Agency Contracts. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.
Many departments at our headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.
Starting Pay: The pay range for this position is $20 - $21 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- review and analyze contract requests based on company guidelines and requirements
- review and provide guidance to finalize contracts for appointment of new agencies
- process agency changes for book transfers, acquisitions, mergers, and name changes
- receive and respond to correspondence
- proofread, revise, and edit materials for accuracy, thoroughness, and appropriateness
- communicate effectively with agents, agencies, and field representatives
- handle special projects and assignments as directed
Be equipped with:
- excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- the ability to develop positive working relationships with team members and agents by working to find possible solutions that are beneficial to all
- capability of handling sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner
- knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- capacity to thrive in a very fast paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- the desire to pursue additional knowledge
