As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. From managing our external databases to supporting our incentive compensation plan, your attention to detail and proactive approach will be essential to our success. This position is remote.

Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Take charge of our sales databases, including Trella, CRM, and Tableau dashboard, ensuring they're organized and up-to-date.
  • CRM Administration: Serve as the go-to person for our Sales CRM database, handling tasks such as adding/disabling accounts and cleaning up data to maintain accuracy.
  • Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily statistical reports to both leadership and the sales team, providing valuable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Incentive Compensation Program: Manage the monthly production of our sales incentive compensation plan with precision and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Compile and distribute communication related to all daily and monthly reports, ensuring transparency and clarity across the team.
  • Event Support: Assist in the development and preparation of materials for Sales Team events, contributing to the success of these important gatherings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in an analytic role. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with sales operations, setting quotas, managing variable compensation plans preferred
  • Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool preferred; Trella Marketscape CRM and Marketscape Insights a Plus!
  • Experience working with Tableau or Power BI Platforms.
