In this role you will support the sales team providing excellent customer service on the phone and in person. Job duties for this position include:
Fielding incoming phone calls
cashiering/cash out customers
Process customer payments by phone, email or mail
Data entry
Warranty registrations
Scheduling new unit pickups and unit transfers between locations with all necessary paperwork/packets
Writing internal work orders sales deals
Filing
Scanning
Maintaining a customer inviting showroom
Any other tasks as needed.
This is a full-time position requiring 40-55 hours, M-F 7:30-4-5pm, and Saturdays from 8-12 during boating season.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and have a valid driver's license.
