Job Description
- Identify targeted products and programs to pursue
- Provide accurate new business forecast analysis to support budgeting, resource allocation, and capital planning activities
- Achieve new business bookings to meet or exceed profit margins, ROI, and EVA targets
- Lead the closure of new business opportunities within the framework of the Sales and Marketing process procedures
- Communicate the customer’s technical requirements and program opportunities to Inteva
- Manage the commercial processes effectively, including price negotiation, cost control, contracts, etc.
- Manage all current business activities to maximize long-term profitability and customer satisfaction
- Be the commercial leader for assigned products and/or commodities
- Attend Product Development Team meetings
- Quote Engineering Changes and Program Scope Changes
- Manage all commercial open issues
- Create, develop, and lead the implementation of the VAVE technical savings ideas
- Maintain Inteva (Saffron) Database
- Support the product line and customer Director with strategic planning activity
- Salary range - $100,000 to $185,000 a year
