Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager will oversee and lead sales activities with specific accounts.

Travel Required: This position is able to work remotely, with national travel of approximately one week per month expected. Travel may fluctuate depending on customer needs.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sells the company’s products in an assigned territory.
• Monitors existing accounts and regularly communicates with primary contacts for the account.
• Reviews and submits sales records and reports.
• Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct sales efforts.
• Consults with existing customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests products that will meet those needs.
• Collaborates with executive Sales leadership to develop sales strategies.
• Works toward increasing sales growth within existing accounts.
• Assists with the coordination of sales efforts for other territories and sales representatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Five years of outside sales experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license and no major driving violations.
