Sales Account Executive

We are a fabricator of custom electrical, monument, pylon and other outdoor signage for businesses and organizations throughout the state.

Position Summary: Results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Excellent communication, and negotiating skills. Ability to demonstrate expertise in gaining access to, and selling to mid and senior level decision makers.

Daily/Typical Job Responsibilities:

• Must be able to communicate effectively with design, project management and operations staff.
• Present, promote and sell commercial signage to existing and prospective customers
• Identify the customer’s business needs, challenges and technical requirements
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to resolve complex problems
• Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
• Identify new and emerging markets
• Provide a consultative sales approach to customers
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Florida, as needed
• Attend in-office sales and production meetings
• Represent at trade show events, as well as industry and community functions

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in sales-related role
• Experience in sign or related/applicable industry, preferred
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals
• Ability to succeed in high-pressure environment
