Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive with 3-5 years of proven success in the mens and young men's apparel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with mass department stores and off-price retailers, and contributing to the overall success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including mass department stores and off-price retailers.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to maximize profitability and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to accurately forecast product demand and ensure sufficient inventory levels.
- Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and updates to the management team.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven success in the mens and young men's apparel industry
- Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Dedication to continuously improving sales techniques and processes
- Willingness to travel to meet out of state buyers & attending trade shows is needed
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $75,000 - $100,000 + incentive package.
