SALARY DRIVING POSITION - GUARANTEED PAY, CONSITENT SCHEDULE

Would you like to manage yourself? Do you dread sitting behind a desk and prefer a physically active work environment? Are you tired of fighting for more hours and worrying about working enough to pay your bills?

As a Driver responsible for delivering FedEx packages you have the benefit of being on the road and managing yourself, your route, and your time. You will also be compensated with a daily SALARY equivalent to $18-$21/Hr with the financial comfort of receiving a full SALARY check at the end of each week- no more counting hours! In addition, we offer a set five day work day schedule. This means no more unknown and constantly shifting work days!

Example Schedules: Mon.-Fri., Tues.-Sat., Wed.-Sun., etc.

**Candidates must pass a background check and drug test (This includes THC or marijuana)

Must be over the age of 21

Must be able to work weekends during peak season (Peak Season- Nov. 20th to Dec. 31)

Benefits: (based on length of employment)

Five (5) Paid Vacation days

Bonus availability of up to $100 a month (Based on job performance)

Paid DOT card

Company supplied: uniforms, vehicles. fuel expense, equipment (phone mount, hand cart, etc).

Probationary period of 30 days upon which you will receive a performance review.
