Sake Barback

NOBU, the world-renowned Japanese Restaurant, is looking for part-time and full-time evening Sake Barbacks to join its Dallas location. A force within the realm of hospitality, NOBU has become one of the best-known brands for the Who’s Who around the world.

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year barback experience. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ensuring plenty of clean glassware, maintaining stocks, re-stocking ice, preparing beverage garnishes, polishing glasses, cleaning and maintaining the dispense bar area, and managing sake/wine/tea/coffee orders. The position requires attention to detail and time management skills while staying composed in a high-stress environment. Our philosophy is to provide exceptional cuisine, hospitality and grow together!

**Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.**
