Safety Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Safety Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, monitoring safety performance, and conducting safety training sessions. The Safety Coordinator will also be responsible for inspecting the workplace for potential hazards, investigating accidents, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management and a commitment to providing a safe work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor safety compliance with applicable regulations.
• Conduct safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
• Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, safe work practices, and emergency response procedures.
• Conduct job hazard analyses to identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, audits, training, and other activities.
