Job Description

Your role will include:
· Conducted frequent Safety and operational audits to ensure that OSHA laws and procedures are followed.
· Assist Human Resources or Dir. of Organization Developments with safety investigations and may be assigned safety violations to document and investigate.
· Identifies safety issues and problems and reviews them with Human Resources before taking corrective action.
· Ensure all light-truck Drivers have proper training in driving, safety, loading, tie-downs, etc.
· Provide any follow-up safety or equipment training as needed (in case of accident).
· Responds to facility inspections from outside agencies (i.e., fire department, CUPA, etc.).
· Maintain facilities safety records and ensure compliance with the company’s Safety and security policies.

Job Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age
- Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, Physical, and Background
- Valid Driver’s License (Enforced for at least 2 years)
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
· OSHA Outreach Trainer – 10-hour and 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification
· Two to five years of work-related experience
· Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
· Flexibility to drive to multiple locations throughout Southern California with occasional overnight stays
· Proven success in building rapport quickly with learners of various backgrounds
