Overview
This position provides administrative support to Heights Tower Service's Safety department. If you are an organized, detail-oriented administrative professional with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels, we encourage you to apply.
What We Need from You
To thrive in this role, you should have at least one (1) to two (2) years of administrative experience and must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are desired. Additionally, you should be able to:
  • Process regulatory documents and ensure accurate record keeping and file management
  • Help create and distribute employee safety training materials
  • Complete reports for management as requested
  • Assist in documenting and resolving employee safety concerns
  • Keep management advised of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate
  • Input statistical data into the company's safety trackers
  • Assist the Safety manager with environmental and safety programs such as:
    • Emergency Evacuation Plans
    • Departmental Safety Audits
    • Hazard and Injury Prevention and Reporting Programs
    • Hazard Communication
    • Job Hazard Analysis
  • Perform other Safety administration duties as assigned
