Under general supervision of the QA Director, performs administrative and clinical audits on SAMHC medical records, provides clinical orientation and training, assists clinical staff in the maintenance of medical records from QA perspective and assists in maintaining credentialing and training.
*Participates in all State and SAMHC medical record audits.
*Plans and conducts New Hire Orientation for new hires and clinical training based on audit findings.
*Conducts case reviews as requested from Risk Management based in Adverse Incident Reports.

A master's degree on guidance, counseling, the social sciences or related field.
