Roughin’ It Inc. is expanding and looking to hire additional Sales Associates to meet increasing demand. We opened our doors 5 short years ago and within the last year have acquired a new facility with an indoor showroom and 18,000 square feet of space.

Prior experience with both RVs and motorcycles is a plus, motorcycle endorsement is a plus. Automotive, RV, or motorcycle sales experience is a plus but sales experience in general is required. This position is very web based and will require excellent computer skills.
Sales Associate Job Responsibilities
- Answer and pursue sales leads that come online as well as in person.
- Demonstrate all features of both motorcycles and RVs during the sales process.
- Attending events like Thunder on The Strip or Rv shows/fairs.
- Coordinate credit applications, purchase deposits and processing paperwork.
- Perform customer service tasks including follow-ups with prospects and former customers.
- Obtain information needed to understand the units that you sell. This includes making calls to the manufacturer, watching videos online, and asking the other members of the staff.
Sales Consultant QualificationsPrior experience in RV/motorcycle/auto sales is preferred.
- Outgoing and personable attitude. Someone who enjoys building and forming relationships with others.
- Great verbal and written skills.
- Ability to negotiate deals.
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to use online tools effectively.
- Comes to work well dressed and with a professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time: This role is a commissioned W2 position, therefore you earn your own income. The range listed is based on the performance of the current team, but commission is uncapped so earning potential is unlimited.
