TEKsystems is looking to hire several fully remote Russian-speaking CSR to work with a leading healthcare company.
Title: Russian-speaking Customer Service Representative,
Pay: $19/hr,
Shift:
7:30am-4:00pm (2)
8:00am-4:30pm (2)
8:30am-5:00pm (5)
8:45am-5:15pm (3)
9:00am-5:30pm (3)
9:30am-6:00pm (6)
Training is 3 weeks
The training schedule is 9:30 – 4:30 for two weeks – then they go to their regular schedule starting the 3rd week - please note there are no requests for a schedule change for the first 2 months after they come out of training.
Responsibilities:
• Attend all in-service training/compliance sessions.
• Take client messages per protocol.
• Schedule Medicaid transportation per protocol.
• Provide for a professional work environment and exhibit a professional attitude and demeanor.
• Demonstrate a proven understanding of client’s procedures.
• Display excellent Customer Service skills.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures and/or customer concerns.
• All other duties as directed by supervisors/management.
Qualifications:
- Russian fluency,
- 2+ years of high call volume experience,
