Job Summary
As the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Business Analyst you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes that can be automated using RPA tools. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business needs, gather requirements, and work with the develop team to evaluate the feasibility of automating processes. You will be a key player in the successful development and deployment of RPA in the company.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with business units to understand their business processes that are identified as opportunities for RPA automation.
- Assist the business in completing the Process Automation Request required for their process to be reviewed and selected for further consideration.
- Facilitate "deep dive" meetings with the business to gather details about process in its current state.
- Capture details about process in Process Definition Document (PDD). This would include key stakeholders, process current state, systems included in process, and expected exceptions.
- Work to capture necessary information, system credentials, and other details needed for a process to be considered Ready For Development.
- Act as the business advocate and primary contact for clarification and decisions during the development process.
- Provide updates to the business on the development progress and get business signoff before production deployment.
- Keep the business informed of issues the may arise during hypercare after deployment.
- Working some US business hours will be required in order to communicate effectively with the business stakeholders.

- RPA experience is a plus but not required.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration, computer science, finance, or management information systems
- 2 years business process analysis and/or improvement experience
- 2 years team leadership or trainer
- Exposure to agile methodology
- Some project management experience (official PM experience not required)
Unique Working Conditions or Physical Demands
- Work from home primary with the ability to manage your own work schedule. Meeting with the business stakeholders may require working during US business hours on occasion.
- Sitting for extended periods of time.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and to handle other computer components.
- Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
